I usually prep lunches w/ rice, chicken, avocado, & black beans to make as a bowl. This is easy for work. My breakfasts are typically Greek yogurt + fruit. My main effort is to have my staple foods stocked & proteins prepared so that all I have to do is assemble.

Let’s give some love to @Christina Drummond 🙌 She’s been putting in the work for the past 6 months, and the transformation has been incredible… but more importantly, it’s been real. This wasn’t one of those “perfect” journeys 📈 There were ups and downs There were minor injuries 🤕 There were moments where things slowed down But here’s what mattered 👇 She didn’t quit. Almost there... ⏳ We’re close to the finish line! It’s not about perfect days; it’s about showing up anyway and building real discipline 👊 What’s been the toughest part for you so far? Push-ups, reading, intentional movement, or finding the time P.S. Just finished my push-ups for today 💪 Wait for my scream at the end 😉
