Chomps Turkey stick only 80 calories and 12g protein and is satisfying, the water I buy at Amazon it's only 70 calories and a quick 15g of protein and then @Sunny Settles taught me to stop giving up all good things and find myself a treat so I found these Yasso bars they are delicious (even my kids like them) they have several flavors and 90-100 calories and 5g protein and I plan my day around it. It's the first thing I enter for the day so I don't miss out on having an occasional treat.

I have been doing the easiest meal prep this challenge it's yummy and it keeps me constant. I literally cut up a bunch of veggies zucchini, bell pepper, jalapeño, tomatoes, then I cook ground turkey and I put all the veggies in with two skillets of random spices, one I do like cumin and such the other I do this cilantro jalapeño lime seasoning, I simmer and then it divide it out and boom meals all week. So simple great Macros and keeps you full.

I went to sit down tonight for the first time really all day I had looked at my steps and I was already at 13,000 but because I have been walking every night I felt like I would be doing myself a disservice. Had a great call with @Kyle Settles today, growing quite fond of our mostly 1 on 1 chats. The weather is beautiful the sky was looking amazing. Glad I went ♥️
