💫 For those who have grown your communities from 0 → 1,000+… 💫
What did it take in the beginning to stay encouraged and keep going? I see a lot of newer community owners here (myself included), and I’m curious— What actually helped you: - stay consistent when there were only a few members - keep showing up when engagement was low - continue building when it felt slow or uncertain And for those who’ve made that jump… What shifted for you as you moved from 50 → 1,000? Was it - strategy - consistency - energy - something else? Would love to hear what made the difference and what worked for you. Thanks. 🪷 Ann-Marie 🪷

🌿🪷✨ Stepping into this more fully… sharing a bit about me ✨ 🪷 🌿 Excited that I was able to get to level 5 for an opportunity to participate at a future summit. This is definitely moving the needle for me! I’ve been building my Alignment community around something I care deeply about— helping people move from mental overwhelm into clarity, regulation, and aligned action. It has been a dream of mine to build an online presence for some time and the dream is becoming a reality. For 18 years, I was a private chef on Maui. At a certain point, I knew I was being called into something different. I went to India for master teacher trainings—not as a continuation of what I was doing, but as a transition into having the skills and tools to support people in a deeper, more purposeful and meaningful way. That shift has required way more than learning. It has required becoming someone new while still honoring who I had been. That process of identity change is something I now live and guide from. Right now, I’m growing my Alignment Skool community with a focus on: - nervous system stabilization techniques - clarity and decision-making awareness - identity-based practices focused on rewiring the brain Inside the community, I’m bringing in: - grounded wisdom that translates into real life - guided practices (breath, meditation, movement) - simple structures that support follow-through - live sessions to integrate and apply the work in real time One of my bigger visions is to offer transformational retreats in Bali, along with in-person workshops (1–3 days) that allow people to fully land in the work—body, mind, and spirit. ☀️ Where I’d love input: For those of you growing communities— - What has helped you attract the right members who eventually move into deeper work (retreats, workshops, etc.)? - How do you bridge from online community → real-life experiences? I tend to think big picture (vision, experience, long-term), so I’m working on translating that into simple, consistent growth.

@Brenda Rigney Thank you for the tags! And that is great about high engagement and transformation. Great reminders.
My ME post
I would like to post more in my community, but I keep getting stuck on what to share. I’m the queen of overthinking 👑 so I’ll have an idea, then start wondering… will anyone be interested in this? Then I either don’t post or I post and when there are no replies, I hesitate to try again. So I'd like to ask you: - What do you post each week in your community? - Do you plan your content or just respond to what members are talking about? - How do you decide what’s worth posting? Would love help to hear how you're doing this, thank you. (yes I overthought this post too 😅)

@Miri Campbell You are welcome! I see you are supporting coaches. They also need a mirror of leadership. You are the one who is curating. It just needs to be done intentionally, thoughtfully and from your truth. That’s all we can do. 🌈❤️🌸

@Lindsay Inglis 1. Being authentic. 2. Easy every day reminders and support. 3. A consistent calendar of sessions…for me, it’s about building trust. 4. With a small community I respond to everyone’s comments and posts 5. Ask genuinely what people need, not what I want to teach. Polls. 6. Being flexible what I I teach 7. Giving people small wins like an archetype quiz so they are aware what is keeping them from clarity. 8. Me being curious and not stuck in only one method…shift as necessary. 9. Adding new and different content slowly…not at once..so they know something new is on horizon 10. Staying relevant …11. Gentle reminder what’s being offered in the community and weekly email with any change. ⭐️ 🌟 💫 Staying power is deserving power. 🪷 Ann-Marie 🪷
