Good morning everyone! I'm excited to be joining the July intake of the Property Accelerator. Just starting out in property and will be helping others in building a portfolio from scratch in Sussex as well as building my own along the way. One of my biggest challenges was being surrounded by negative, cynical people. Even friends and family who believe they have your best interests at heart but actually just project their own self-limiting beliefs onto your projects. The strength of being in a community like this is that you can share your journey with others who actually get it.

Direct to Vendor tactics

Hi everyone, Help me out here - what are the best ways to get 'direct to vendor' in property negotiations, other than just sticking a brightly coloured envelope through the door of the property. Any help greatly appreciated Richard

@Sam Beddoe I'm going to try some DTV letters this week and see what response I get. I'm going to target a specific square of commercial properties in my goldmine area and, after your post, I'm also going to write these by hand. I'll let you know how I get on.

No responses yet, but we shall see. I even put them in brightly coloured envelopes like someone on a seminar told me to do once! I really hope that one letter works though because I've targeted a specific strategic area

Hello all. My name is Harry Antonious, and new to the group. I have been in construction for 37 years and have my own building company for over 20 years .I am a builder who carries out refurbs, extensions, lofts , and everything inbetween. I have existing btl's and HMO's, but now keen to understand the commercial world with the help of everyone. I also have extensive knowledge in construction so happy to help with any advice if needed.
