Rising Ritual
Following an active weekend with friends, my start to the morning was slow. Cacao, movement, affirmations and some breathwork, before getting started in organizing my space and the week. This week, I am a gentleness and flow, as I bring in a few important structures to my lead tracking and content creation. The energy I am bringing is vibrancy and joy.

Blessing brothers, This weeks gratitude that I am sharing is for community and shared connection that I get to experience as a result of building a life of freedom. My main lesson from this week is that I get to have simple structure, that enables my progress and the growth of my business. What gave me energy was doing my contemplative practices, moving my body, and connecting with new people. What drained my energy was long periods of immobility while driving, that led to feeling stiffness and decreased motivation to work out. The changes I am making this upcoming week is taking more time to pause, spending Sunday afternoon organizing my social media content for next week and consistently tracking leads and booking connection calls. Peace and a beautiful strengthend to you all!

Grand rising brothers, This morning I'm feeling positive and motivated. I followed my morning flow, with movement, cacao, affirmations, and a dog walk. I felt distracted during the meditation, so I followed it with some breathwork before the ACIM Practice. The practice was very illuminating, feeling into the "I do not perceive my own best interests in this situation" reflecting on my often competing goals within a situation. It pauses me to reflect on what goals are truly my own (or my hearts) rather than ego goals. The vision that I am starting to bring forward is the power in structure for my business and consistent devotion/remembrance of who I am. The person who I admire and want to send gratitude to is Chopper Dave Robinson, who just completed a 100 mile race in 24hrs, and I will tell him when I see him this weekend.

Grand rising brothers, Adjusting this morning to a new space, location, and time zone, I got up did some movement, made some cacao. I dove into some content creation, before taking a break to go for a walk and do some breathwork. Feeling more energetic and lighter than yesterday. Today I am grateful to be able to live where ever I wish and be adaptive to my environment. Today I harness the power of my words by taking a conscious breath before I speak.
Day 22. Week 4. Cultivating a Clear Intention
Happy Monday Kings! We are entering our last week and a half of our July 30 Day Embodiment Challenge. How is it flowing for you? I'm about 40 hours into a 48 hour fast. No food, just water and also urine therapy. I just broke through a wall this AM and feeling a beautiful flow of connection and clarity being channeled through me. Here are the practices for Day 22. Beautiful day brothers, Yesterday I drove out to VA and stayed with some friends. I stayed up later than usual hanging with them, so my morning ritual was less disciplined than usual. This morning I drove down to Richmond and noticed I was feeling more irritable than usual. Once I got unpacked I did the Ram Dass meditation and some Yin Yoga, then felt more grounded and at peace. My intention this week is a consistent rhythm of creation throughout the week. Movement, music, content, and connection. Big love Kings, Nate
