Welcome Spring: Holistic Tips for Caring for Your Body This Season 🌼🌿
Spring is beautiful… and for many people, it also means pollen, sneezing, itchy eyes, congestion, and feeling a little “off.” One gentle holistic reminder for this season is this: prevention matters. Reducing pollen exposure can help, and simple steps like checking pollen counts, limiting exposure on high-pollen days, and changing clothes or showering after being outdoors can make a real difference. Saline nasal rinses are also one complementary approach often used for symptom relief. Here are a few simple holistic spring body-care tips: ✨ Support your body earlyDo not wait until your body is overwhelmed. Start paying attention now to hydration, rest, nourishing foods, and your daily routines. ✨ Rinse the season off. After spending time outside, wash your hands, rinse your face, and if needed, shower and change clothes to help remove pollen from your skin and hair. ✨ Keep the inside clean tooOpen your windows carefully when pollen is low, and be mindful of what you track into your home during heavy allergy days. There is something so amazing about how we can reconnect with ourselves through the beauty of nature while doing what naturally comes to us... walking, breathing, and simply being present. It is funny how we often do not pay attention to these simple things until we no longer have the ability to do them. Honoring your body by stepping outside and moving on purpose is such a beautiful act of self-love. It creates motivation, joy, and a sense of grounding while helping you raise your vibration intentionally. Starting your day this way can help prepare you mentally, physically, and spiritually for your day, your week, and even the seasons ahead. @Tanovia Matthews You deserve it Tanovia. It come so easy to give from a loving space to others and leave you dry because others don't give back to you at the same rate. When we learn how to pour into ourselves FIRST then we learn what we need and how much have to share. Im so PROUD of you for focusing on yourself. You are aloud to take good care of yourself! We have to learn to be intentional with taking care of ourselves.

Today I’m taking care of me by: relaxing , eating some homemade soup and watching something on TV (lol that's right something about nothing).
