@Brian Harrington I’m not the most fit guy, nor the smartest when it comes to bulking up. But I do enjoy adding stretching in between similar work outs. Ex: I’ll break up an hour of arms with two 5 minute resistance stretch sessions on a mat with a weighted ball. Again, I’ve never attempted to build bulk - it wasn’t recommended for pitching, so it’s running, stretching, and hangs in between lifts for me. Old habits, amigo. Congrats on the added muscle though -That’s a win regardless of not being able to dunk a basketball like you used to!
