Leads, Leads, Leads...
Revenue generation is one of the most important aspects of any business. Without it, you don't have a business, but a hobby. And I see many businesses struggling with having a consistent pipeline for finding new clients. And I believe I have created something that solves that problem once and for all. Recently, I created a full-fledged lead generation system. The basic idea was to source new leads in a given target niche, enrich them, generate some form of personalized message to approach them, and finally send outreach emails. And the best thing is all of this happens on autopilot, with minimal human time investment. And obviously, all of this is meaningless without any results, well... here are some of them: - 45,000+ leads sourced (niche specific) - Around 5% enrichment rate - ~87% delivery rate - ~38% open rate And that's already some great stats, but I will be iterating upon some other aspects like copywriting for the email, optimizing the offers, and achieving a much more natural flow for conversational outreach. The bottom line is that this has already automated what would take up a large amount of time in my day. Will keep you posted about this. Until next time.

Need help with Pricing
Hey guys, So I am running a fairly new AI automation agency from India and am currently working with a client. The initial agreement with the client was about making a lead capture system using Whatsapp and a robust n8n backend for scoring. I agreed to give them a 60 day free trial after which the monthly retainer would begin. Unfortunately the client started to negotiate for a discount on the day of the first payment. The reason for my dilemma is after working with the client for these two months - I am not only building a lead capture system but also : - Voice AI for inbounding calling - Custom CRM tool The client has also assured me of a percentage of sales partnership in the near future which I intend on taking in writing. Note : In my deduction the client is actually genuine and fits my ICP perfectly. Hence, I am confused about what my pricing should be here. Should I give them a discount and for these 3 solutions (in hopes of a percentage partnership) or should I not? On one hand I am trying to follow the Alex Hormozi "Give as much value as you possibly can" principle but on the other hand I fear I am spreading myself too thin for future negotiations. I would appreciate some advise on this from my fellow agency owners!

Keep this mental model in mind: Do not position the offer based on the complexity or tech stack or number of development hours for the project. Instead, Base your offer price on: The value being added to the client's business (amount of saved costs, saved time, opportunity costs saved, etc) These are tangible outcomes that you can sell to the clients more easily. You basically want to position the offer in such a way that the client feels stupid rejecting it, and usually that happens when you speak in terms of revenue.
Your AI assistant might just screw you over (And here's how to prevent it)
I see a lot of people using AI agents on their local devices with full root access to their terminal. Running an AI agent with full system privileges on your devices can pose some massive security risks. These include: - Prompt injection - Hallucinations - Misinterpretations - Loss of critical data - Data theft - System corruption The solution? Dev Containers. They provide an isolated environment for the AI agent to execute terminal-level commands, without compromising your system. Personally, I use them all the time when running agents locally. It hardly takes a few minutes to set up, but saves so much potential headache in the future. So, the next time you run that agent, make sure it's contained in a dev container.

The Vibe Coding Myth
I see a lot of eminent individuals glorifying vibe coding these days. They portray it as something that will change the world entirely. Well, for good or bad, I don't know, but there are a few things that you should consider about vibe coding. First of all, vibe coding itself is not a bad idea. It's just you having the ability to create what you want and how you please via code. No problem till here. The issue, however, arises when you start looking beyond the code itself. Infrastructure is such a massive component for any project, but it seems to get ignored all the time. Even your "vibe code" requires reliable machines, VMs, etc., to perform consistently. Without it, it's useless. Secondly, AI Slop... that's a real thing. If you're full of sh*t ideas, then no AI on the planet can save you from sh*t results. I've heard of people automating their chats with their wife and don't even get me started. They just build for the sake of building. And despite the name "vibe coding," you must be clear about the outcomes and their implicit economic value after being implemented. As a rule of thumb, if the project feels cool but produces no tangible outcomes, it's probably better not to waste those AI tokens on it. Remember that. Until next time.

The New Differentiator
These days, technical skills are largely compensated for by AI. Every other guy with a Claude Code subscription can build software that previously took weeks and sometimes months to build. And looking at how markets operate, the more the supply of a certain skill, the less economically valuable it becomes. So it's clear at this point that your coding skills are not going to be the primary differentiator for here on. And amidst all of this, there is one question you should be asking yourself: If AI will be doing all the technical work, what value do you as an individual actually add to the economy? And that's an interesting question, coz it can fundamentally shift the focus of work for many of you. What I personally see going forward is that your ability to communicate with AI and to get things done (outcomes) is going to be the primary differentiator. The focus will shift from just building to orchestration and getting actual results. And the old skills that you have built will only help in the process. Just wanted to put those thoughts out there. Until next time.
