@June Brock I'm not online often (& even less when I have migraines in last 2 weeks), so don't check in here much but always great to hear from you! How are you? I recently saw this video on how to make your own Greek SOY yogurt. She says this type has 20g of protein in an 8oz serving. Dr Fuhrman has many recipes for various types of "cheese" - sauce, cream, parmesan, etc. The alternatives depend on what type & how you are eating cheese. I wouldn't trust most processed plant-based "cheese" products because they have oils, salt & mystery ingredients. I'd think it's important to eat more veggies/plants as you cut out all of these calories from the dairy products, so you aren't fighting your true hunger, in addition to "toxic" hunger (ie, withdrawal - casomorphines are named that for a reason). I'm in northern MN, about an hour from Canadian border. ✟
