Heads up! Last week... I DESTROYED my $800+ a month Wistia bill for over a year! Pulled in $13,000 bucks with a Community Pop-Up Auction. They are soooo fun. Everyone loves participating... It took less than an hour of actual "work". Very little to deliver. So... On Monday... I got on Zoom with our Flame @Dale Backers. He's a family man with a 9 to 5. I laid out step-by-step exactly what I did. During the auction and post-auction. Yesterday... After work... Last month one of my Ronin ran an Instragram Auction and did over $20,000 - NOT HIS INSTA!

…but my mom always grabbed the off-brand. (We were broke and homeless. That was just life.) I decided early on I didn’t want “broke” to be my story. And I wasn't going to let my kids ever be homeless... So I went and started, scaled, and sold businesses. Coached owners to $10k MRR in 90 days or less. Even coach softball on the side…because I love it. Now here’s the pickle jar I’m staring at: 👉 Skool is full of small business communities. Some shoot for moonshot money goals. Some are just lonely owners hanging out. Cool…but the ocean there is already red. 👉 But softball coaches? Zero. Not one Skool community. Not one place for us to jam, swap drills, and sharpen each other. So the question is… Do I grab the jar that’s already on the shelf (safe…easy…but crowded)? Or do I reach for the one that doesn’t even exist yet…and be the one to put it there?

I remember watching my son graduate from high school... It was memorable for me because I MISSED so many of his birthdays, school events and such because I had NOT figured out my RENTAL MODEL and only knew a SALES MODEL. Which meant my BOSS owned my TIME! I was THEIR RENTAL MODEL. They got to attend EVERY ONE of their two kids' events... But... I could NOT get the "time off" approved by them for my son's important days. Eric graduated in 2006... I'd given my boss the middle finger award in February of that year. And I KNEW I would 100% be attending his graduation LIVE and IN PERSON! Committing to ONE HOUR a day took me 2-ish years... But... I didn't understand the RENTAL MODEL of income VERSUS the SALES MODEL of income. I tried several "sales model" businesses. "Flipping" items/services and such. It didn't work (at first) because I had to start over at $0 every single month. And I'm NOT talking about a SUBSCRIPTION business. Subscriptions are just ONE MONETIZATION path of a RENTAL MODEL of income. (We'll jam on that more later.) But... 👀What I want to know right now? Is... 👉Are you with me? To...
