AMP Family, First, I want to apologize to everyone who joined today's live session / lesson on TikTok expecting a productive learning environment. The behavior displayed today is not representative of the culture we are building, and I understand that it may have been uncomfortable or distracting. After careful consideration, Darrell Bryant is no longer a member of the AMP Community. This decision was not made lightly. We believe in giving people opportunities to learn, grow, and improve, and we have exercised patience over time. However, there comes a point where protecting the integrity of the community must take priority over continuing to extend chances that are not producing positive change. AMP exists to educate, empower, and create opportunities for serious artists, producers, managers, executives, and entrepreneurs. It is also intended to be a safe, professional, and respectful environment where every member feels comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and growing alongside one another. No one will ever be permitted to repeatedly create unnecessary conflict, disrupt our educational sessions, or disrespect fellow members. That standard applies equally to everyone, without exception. My responsibility as the founder of this community is to protect the culture we've built together. When someone's behavior consistently takes away from the experience of others, I have an obligation to step in and make the decision that best serves the community as a whole. I appreciate every member who continues to show up with humility, respect, and a genuine desire to learn. Because of you, AMP continues to grow into the type of community that creates real opportunities and lasting relationships. Thank you for your professionalism, your patience, and your commitment to one another. Now let's get back to what we're here to do: learn, build, and help each other succeed. With appreciation and respect, ~Tiffany
