DAY 3- February Challenge 💕

Today was hard because it’s the weekend plus it was freezing and snowy. I only met the produce goal. Avocado with my breakfast and fruit with my lunch.

Produce: leftover sweet potato taco bowl and strawberries (forgot to take pic) Protein snack: Chobani protein yogurt Water: forgot to log Steps: over 10,000 and completed a 30 min ride this morning

All day today I was taking the long way around the school wherever I had to go. I even added a few extra laps before getting to my destination when I wasn’t on a time crunch. Also rode for 20 min and did a 20 min strength class. Dinner was a sweet potato taco bowl with ground turkey, black beans, peppers, and onions. I had protein yogurt and strawberries as a snack. Water was around 80oz. Not quite 100, but that’s a lot for me!
