Google Sheets Resource
Maybe a bit of a random one here Kyle! I watched a video of yours a few years back explaining how you use google sheets for programming. It was on TTTedu portal! For those who are computer illiterate such as myself 🤗 it was a great resource to have and to refer back to. I’m just wondering do you still have it and could you share it here if possible? 🙏🙏

@Kevin McKenna Got it posted up in the Program Design hub. Let me know if you have any questions (on that post!)

@Karl Feldmer I’ll have to create a new version of this and repost
The BEST Rip Repair
My youngest daughter got a rip last week playing on the bars during QF and I needed a way to help it heal without some of the headaches we always deal with - skin cracking, reopening, etc… Normally I just use skin glue - it stings BAD but once it dries the rip heals under it pretty fast, and during comps it makes it so you can compete without thinking about it or bleeding everywhere. But it stings so bad I didn’t think it was an option for a kid. I had these hydrocolloid bandages sitting around in our first aid kit so I decided to try it on her. Zero pain, stayed on extremely well, and the fastest rip healing I’ve seen. I got a pretty good rip in my Thursday session and slapped one on - so far zero pain, and it’s keeping the moisture up so I’m assuming no cracking and it’ll heal fast. Just wanted to share since dealing with rips can be a huge pain and sometimes they linger forever. Anyone else have tips for rips?

@Daniel Sherbakov really cool, I'll look into this as it may be a better replacement for these hydrocolloid bandages
Post QF Focus?
I’m curious about what everyone’s focus is post QF? Athletes: if you’re not moving on to semifinals - what is your plan for the “off season”? Will you compete this year in some in-person events? Dabble in Hyrox? ATHX? Xenom?! (The name 😂) Coaches: what are you preparing your athletes for? What is the primary training focus for your clients as you shift into the off season?

@Matt Phelan metcon rush is a great comp - every year I’ve had a couple athletes do it and they all have positive feedback
BFR Training
Hi! I know you’re a huge proponent of BFR training and its benefits. Curious if you think all BFR cuffs are created equally? Do you have a specific brand you would recommend?

@Rikki White-Territo the response from @Jonathan Miller is 100% spot on. Big things I’ll echo: (1) you do NOT want multi-chamber cuffs as they generally don’t create true occlusion, (2) cuff width matters - generally you want a wider cuff as it will allow for the same level of occlusion at lower pressures.

@Chieh Wang I've used both - the biggest issue I've had with SAGA is that when I would use them for IPC protocols (100% pressure), the bladder on the leg cuffs would pop. Their customer service was great and replaced them... but I also was out of cuffs for multiple weeks at a time as a result. Not being able to use cuffs @ 100% pressure for IPC really limits the potential use as that's one of the most useful tools for a CF athlete. Additionally - Toby just got a pair of SAGA cuffs, and said that during squats it slides down his thigh rendering them fairly useless for low-load / high-pressure strength training. This is in stark contrast to my experience with SmartTools. I've owned a pair of manual SmartTools cuffs since 2017 that have been through literally THOUSANDS of inflate / deflate cycles up to 100% pressures, they've been in the pool, in the heat, in sub freezing temperatures... and they still work like they did when I got them 9 years ago. That durability is why I decided to buy the 4.0 cuffs... and why I recommended SmartTools when you and I talked about this earlier. From my perspective it seems as if there is no comparison.
2026 Quarterfinals Strategy Guide
This is a big one - spent a lot of time getting my thoughts in place here. I'm sure as people test workouts and we've had a chance to get a feel for some of these today / tomorrow that some of this will change... but this is a good snapshot of my initial thoughts.
