I have set up a second shop. I'm not new to Printshrimp but I am new to Bulk listing and frames. I have around a dozen listings, but they have inherited some random default shipping profile. I’m editing my existing Printshrimp Etsy delivery profile and need some clarification about Australia, Canada and the rest of the world. I understand PrintShrimp charges £19.99 delivery for framed prints to these destinations. If I add £19.99 to my existing delivery profile, will Etsy also charge it when a customer orders an unframed poster of any size? Do I need separate Etsy delivery profiles for unframed posters and framed prints? If so, what delivery fee should I set for unframed posters to Australia, Canada and the rest of the world? Thanks.

Not sure if anyone can help. I have had an order come through that I haven't payed for through print shrimp yet to a country in the EU. I didn't realise my shipping profiles weren't set up correctly and I was charging customers for shipping in the EU so I have changed it. A customer has seen the change in shipping and asked if I can change their shipping to free or to refund the shipping, which I am happy to do. Is there anyway I can do this? Or would I need to cancel the order and ask them to repurchase the print again with the free shipping?

Hi, I'm a bit confused with sizes. There are different sizes in pricing on the website from the sizes in 'my print files' and in bulk listing. I mean some sizes are missing. And also, in bulk listing template there are no variations for countries to set prices for Etsy.

Is there a way to replace an file on PS or should I deactivate the listing and upload a new one following the normal process. Just checking through my listings and one could be slightly improved.

Hi, can one of the admin team please help. I have imported an order but the paper type states Matte. I have Gloss selected as default. Can someone please help so the order can be processed and shipped.
