Just had a customer send us this...I want 40x50 with an oak frame.could you please tell me what the overall size once framed would be? Would anyone have any idea of the exact frame measurements as on the printshrimp website it just gives a range rather than a set figure? Thanks in advance!

Do we get tracking for A5 posters?

hi guys, I'm attempting to put together my first Etsy listing. I am going to sell 12 different sizes (plus frames). When adding the size variants, do I also have to add another variant for frame colour. This gives me 48 different variants to add SKUs to and appropriate prices. Is there any easier way to do this or do I just have to stick it out for the first one and then copy/paste listings? Thank you.

Hi all, I have just sold my first set of 3 prints through my Etsy shop. Just pulled the order over to PrintShrimp and it's rejected the order saying set of 3 prints not supported. What do I do? Help please!!

Good afternoon, just wanted to find out if PrintShrimp also print photos as landscape as I have quite a few of my photographs that are and want to also put these on Etsy. Sorry another question, can I put my photographs on Canva as landscape, as they only seem to offer portrait (A4). All my graphics are photographs, which I want to sell as posters framed or unframed or put onto canvas which I’ve done for my home already via another source prior to setting up an Etsy account. Many thanks in advance for any help.
