Can someone who uses Photoshop please confirm if this would work with bulk uploads? It feels cheap for a one off cost, so wasn't sure if it's a slightly lower spec version than the monthly payments version? I don’t think it’s genuine as Photoshop is subscription based only.

I see, it’s Photoshop Elements. No idea if it works with bulk software
Paper finish
Still waiting for my first order but was wondering what finishes are on offer and when do you select the type of finish? Is it matte, satin and gloss? Looking at my listings I haven’t mentioned the finishes, what would be the safe way to go? Thanks everyone

You select the finish when you’re placing the order with PS, but you can also change the default paper type in the account settings and it will automatically apply to all orders. Finish depends entirely on your style. I prefer matte as it has no shine and produces 0 glaring when framed, others like satin or glossy. But be advised that paper type also affects your colour output, i.e. colours will look different depending on what paper the artwork was printed on. “Safest” one from experience is satin, the only downside to it is that is fingerprint magnet.
Set of 2 prints
I want to sell a matching set of 2 prints on Etsy, I’m only going to offer these in sizes A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5. My one question is, how do I set this up on Etsy so I can have 2 separate SKUs so when someone orders the set of two prints, PrintShrimp know it’s an order for 2 prints and which ones? Or is there a way of setting up an SKU on print shrimp with 2 prints attached to it??

The only way is to do the order manually for now. There will be a solution implemented at some point.

@Lucy Parmenter yes this is the only way for now.
Exact Artwork Sizing
Have watched the videos on sizing, but still left with questions. @Tom Beeston is listing his posters 16x20” - 40x50cm (example), but what size do I design the actual artwork for printing? 16x20” converted would be exactly 40.6 x 50.8 cm. And 40x50cm converted is 15.75 x 16.69”. (Same ratio, I understand that)… What size will actually be printed? Are picture frame sizes different in US to UK? I don’t want to create problems when selling to different countries and risk that the print won’t fit the frame? Are printers printing to exact measurements the artwork is in or do they make them fit to the standard framing size in their location (i.e. in US to fit 16x20” frame, and UK to fit 40x50cm frame)? Anyone had any experience or customer feedback/problems? Thanks

They will print in inches or cm depending on destination. Not to complicate yourself, create your designs in A size, then when you receive orders, resize the design to inch sizes (biggest sizes in each aspect ratio).

@Tina Spires No need. I didn’t have any issues in nearly two years
Delivery Profiles and Tracking
I'm setting up my shop on Etsy at the moment. I'm in the UK but want to send worldwide. I've set up the delivery profile to say the items will be delivered from the UK because that's where I think most of my sales will be. When I choose other countries for costs it only allows me to enter UK based shipping options even though some orders will be fulfilled in country for different countries. How have people got around this? Also when entering the tracking, say delivery in Australia, will Etsy allow me to enter the Auspost tracking information if it thinks it's coming from the UK when actually it will be made in Australia? Again how have people gotten around this. Any advice would be really appreciated

When setting price variations you have the option to toggle on Domestic and International prices. With tracking you are overthinking it. Etsy doesn’t care about this as you’re completely safe.

@Andy Collins aaah oh my mistake. You can only pick UK as Dispatched from. No way around it. And yes it doesn’t matter what service you use as long you pick the rough number of days advised. For any carrier that is not in the list such as AusPost, pick Other, type the carrier and add the tracking.
