Bigger is not always better.
That is the main idea from Company of One. It is easy to think the goal is more. More content. More offers. More members. More tools. More posts. More projects. But more can also mean more confusion, more pressure, more unfinished ideas, and more things to maintain. A smarter question is: What would make this business more useful without making it more complicated? That one question changes everything. For creators and Skool owners, this matters because you do not need to build the biggest community or the biggest product library. You need to build something people can actually use. A simple system that helps someone finish a project is more valuable than a huge pile of content they never touch. Small can be strategic. Small can be profitable. Small can be easier to trust, easier to improve, and easier to keep going. Todayโ€™s question: Where are you trying to make something bigger when it actually needs to become clearer?
Bigger is not always better.
