Leveling Up….. Again

Go time!!!
Ok community, we have been very busy working behind the scenes! We have a tentative launch date of mid May! Working on SOP, and "other things" 🤫. "Sold" TrukAI to my partner and we will be implementing it in a couple of weeks. Have to update docs from @Dispatcher University with our logo and personalized verbiage and tie all the lose ends. We are proud to say we are on our way! Have to give credit where it's due, without @Dispatcher University guidance we would still be turning wheels!

@Sonja Simet this has been almost a year in the making. We used the help of ChatGPT giving it details of what we wanted/needed based on our goals and State requirements. It gave us an outline of the steps needed along with documents and such. Then came the icing on the cake, @Dispatcher University that gave us the rest including the tools. I have 20+ years in business experience and my husband has 20+ years in the transportation industry in different capacities. We put it ALL together to get to this point.

Virtual Office
I made my virtual business office with Regus but I didn’t get a suite number….did anyone else use Regus as an address for you LLC?

@Carla Mitchell the company that did our LLC/EIN also offered that service so we took advantage of it. Did not want to use our home address.

@Shannon Robinson those are two different things. When establishing the LLC we needed a Registered Agent (Indiana), our agent also offered the Virtual Address service which we took advantage of.

There was one section within this video that mentioned to update and add the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Do I create this on my own and upload it, or is this something I need to show to a lawyer first before I upload it? Does the logo need to be added to this?
