Greetings, I have been eager to begin a Tai Chi/Qigong practice with instruction and mentorship for quite some time. I have been in chronic pain for several years and have found a way out of it, so now my steps to a strong and balanced body, mind and spirit can begin. I look forward to learning and expanding each day.
