Today, I was honoured to host this Inner Den Call for Angel Gold. I chose to talk briefly about December, and some themes often talked about. I looked at the light and the shadow sides of the values of hope, joy, peace, and love. How do you honour these values authentically instead of over-extending yourself?

My goodness what a ride it has been, birthing this medicine into the world! I am so grateful for all of our authors, friends, family and cheerleaders who have helped move this project along.
