Trying to get better at preparing and taking snacks so I avoid eating the sugary snacks in the office. Raw carrot and houmous (won’t eat all that, put too much in 🙈), grapes and roast chicken slices.
I think that it's really important to ask this question....it's REAL and this community is ALL about being REAL. What obstacles(s) have you faced this week and what do you need to try more in. We are building daily with members and whilst I want to give lots of positivity - I also want people in our community to not feel like they're the only ones who find it difficult to be fitter and healthier! Go!
