I'm open to other options to solve this, of course. I just want to be able to share with other stakeholders what content pieces are posted when, and our schedule across differnt platforms is currently handled in Asana.

@Mason Anderson for church, we wanna record a number of different metrics that are stored in different systems. I already mentioned the financial systems. On top of that, there is metrics on services like attendance, first time, visitors, number of people responding to altar calls, and so on. Another activity is soul winning, where we record how many people participated in evangelism, and how many people they prayed with. I guess you could add how many of those then end up coming to church or home group. Yet another one is calls, like how many phone calls were made altogether and what the response was, for example, how many committed to a next action I just coming for baptism, or a special meeting.
