What improved -- my focus and energy. In particular, doing intestinals throughout the day increased my energy, improved my mind-body-spiritual awareness, and helped strengthen my core. My biggest challenge is putting too much myself to be perfect in work settings. This practice gave me more tools to refocus and practice a relaxed concentration. I learned how joyful it can be. Thank you, Anna, I will definitely keep practicing.
