I have a confession to make. Things have changed for me since I competed the 90 day (mmm 18 month 😂) practice , which was toward the end of last year. I wondered how I could share the story with others, and keep working as a Psychologist? I jumped into creating a course and came under the guidance of 'marketers' who told me I was too 'woo'. So I dropped the Eraser teaching from the story... to make myself more 'universally appealing'. However, it never quite happened. There was something in me that really couldn't bring into being. And then this year happened. Trauma came to my door more than once. We started home renovations. Had we had to travel for work for more than a month. And all of this took me away from my own meditation practice. The one I'm trying to convice you - You need to try! 🤦‍♀️ What I was able to do however, was type the journal notes. This was actually a blessing as revisiting the journey, the insights, the experiences, the joy - and the Love, was definately healing. Statements throughout like 'God feels it twice' and 'Higher Love is Soul's Vision' and 'The descent into matter is where all of this gets the opportutnity TO MATTER'... kept coming back, moving through me for a second pass, and bringing the flow of energy with it. I can feel it again now - hence the focus here on journaling the experience. The paired movements. For a while it felt enough. Yesterday, however, I knew it was time to return. And what I realised is the practice had changed the shape of me - energetically. Not that it was all good in there! There was no need for more emotional excavation in the Solar however, just more tending. Less 'what must I clear?' and more 'what is here now, and what wants to be nourished?' When I entered into the Solar centre, it was dim. Previously I had seen myself toiling in a garden under the Light - the Sun (Son) in the sky - clearing bracken and thorns, and planting seeds of forgiveness, compassion, peace, acceptance... forgetting even. Over time the vision and the energy of the centre changed - and the flowers grew.

Music has always had the ability to 'bring me back' Not for a while now, but in the past I struggled with some pretty terrible depressive episodes, and often, music was the thing to help me get out of bed again... and I am so grateful for that! Yesterday I listened to some great tunes, they all seemed to be coming at me one after another, so I started to make a list ✨ But... what were they great for? The thing about attunement, is that it happens every moment, every second, every heart beat. Do you ever stop. And think. What am I attuning to in this moment? Is it joy, laughter, gratitude, peace, love, or even your Divinity. Or is diappointment, sadness, boredom, anger, heartbreak, or even jealousy. They all have their moment, and sometmes anger gives us the motivation to make much needed changes... but moments stack up 🌹 So if you need to shift it at any time - play something, sing something, hum something or listen to something 🤗 The one that caught my attention first yesterday, was Thank You by Alanis Morissette - live at Glastonbury. One of the very first practices I explored when I began working with subtle energy was dowsing. At its simplest, dowsing is the art of using a pendulum to access information from the deeper self — the quiet place within us that often knows far more than the busy thinking mind. Over the years I’ve come to see the pendulum as a beautiful conduit to the Higher Self. Not something mystical reserved for a few people, but a skill that anyone can learn with patience and curiosity. In a world overflowing with advice about what we should eat, think, do, and believe, practices like this can help us gently tune back into our own inner guidance. For me, that’s what this community is really about — learning to reconnect with ourselves, develop self-trust, and explore practices that help us live with a little more intuitive guidance, and from there... clarity and calm 🙏 💭 Have you ever tried working with a pendulum or exploring dowsing before?
