The positive implications are profound across not only your own wellbeing but also that of your performance in business and relationships with those closest to you. Being fit and healthy means I was able to spend all day in London on Saturday with my Daughter, visiting Amy Winehouse old haunts and clocking up over 10 miles walked! Then this morning I had the privilege of visiting a new gym in Southend with my wife, having fun on our fitness journey and spending quality time together!!
