You’re Not Failing — You’re Just Under-Offering (And You Don’t Even Realize It)
Here’s what quietly stalls so many women building their business on Skool: You put something out there. Your share the idea You make an invitation… …and when it doesn’t get the response you hoped for, you assume something is wrong. But most of the time? It’s not the offer. It's the volume behind it. Most creators make a few attempts, feel exposed when it gets quiet, and then pull back. Not because they don’t have value — but because putting yourself out there again feels risky. The people who break through aren’t braver or louder. They just give themselves more reps. More experiments. More imperfect offers.More chances for the right person to finally say yes. That’s how traction is built — inside Skool and everywhere else. And in January, I’m helping you build those reps in a way that feels grounded, calm, and strategic. 🚨 LIVE This Thursday at 9am PT (and the next 4 Thursdays) I’m kicking off a 4-week series designed to help you turn your free Skool community into a calm, predictable sales engine — without burning out or overcomplicating things. Here’s what we’re covering: Week 1️⃣ — Free Group → Sales Engine Turn your existing attention into real conversations and booked calls. Week 2️⃣ — Personal Brand + Outreach on Skool Be findable, memorable, and referable inside your community. Week 3️⃣ — Ads That Support Your Skool Growth Simple, targeted ads that increase conversions without wasted spend. Week 4️⃣ — Offers + Monthly Recurring Revenue on Skool Design offers that convert consistently and create stable income. Each session includes live teaching + Q&A, and you’ll have access to the replays inside the community. This Is For You If: ✔️ You want to grow on Skool intentionally ✔️ You’re done guessing what to focus on ✔️ You want systems that feel calm and sustainable 👉 Join the Aligned AF Community for $49/month Come for January. Stay if it supports you. If Skool is part of your plan this year, this is a great place to start.

Yowza! Can not wait
From Faceless to stepping into the room
Last week, I did something that felt both strategic and deeply personal. I transferred ownership of my “faceless” Skool community to my primary account and rebranded it. Before the rebrand I had 93 midlife woman in the community, — all of whom joined through a faceless Instagram account. Now they are joining from both my faceless instagram and my original instagram. I can say that being faceless is safe. Being visible changes the energy. On the tech-side it was not so hard - I got good support from Skool. Here’s what actually mattered in this transition: 1️⃣ Ownership changes authority, not just admin rights When your name is on the community, members subconsciously recalibrate. They’re no longer following “content” — they’re following you. That shift alone raises trust and expectations. 2️⃣ Rebranding is emotional, not just visual A new name or identity isn’t about fonts and colors. It’s about alignment. 3️⃣ Visibility introduces nervous system work Going from faceless → visible isn’t a marketing move .For me it was an identity expansion. 4️⃣ The community didn’t reset — I did The members didn’t suddenly expect a different experience. I did. This shift matters to me because it brings my inner and outer goals into the same lane. Who I am becoming and the business I’m growing no longer need separate strategies. That kind of alignment changes how you lead.

I can imagine how much this has shifted your nervous system- @Silla Jonsdottir My nervous system is in high gear being on camera or sharing my content with my name. From the consumer perspective: I'm always more interested in brands that have faces and names. 💜

@Silla Jonsdottir I get that. As much as I "loathe" being on camera, and everything that comes with being the name, voice and the rest- it would feel odd, though safe.

📣 Midlife Creator Roll Call
One thing I wish more women 40–60 knew: 👉 You are early, not late. Midlife women are the fastest-growing audience online — and yet there are still so few creators speaking directly from lived experience. That means: - High demand - Low competition - Deep trust Your experience matters.Your perspective is needed. And someone in this community needs exactly what you know. So let’s flip this into an introduction + visibility moment 👇 📊 Answer this poll below: Which area of your midlife expertise do you most often help other women with? COMMENT PROMPT (this part matters 👇) After you vote, introduce yourself in the comments with one sentence only: “I help midlife women with ________, and one thing I know from experience is ________.” No pitching. No links. No overthinking. Just real experience → real value. This is how we normalize midlife women owning their expertise and being seen for it. 💥 I’ll jump in first in the comments too! 👇 Your turn.
