I’ve always been scared of tattoos - the pain experienced, potential for infection, and the permanence. I used to tell myself that something was ever meaningful enough, I would memorialize accordingly.

Some of you know that I've worked at BiggerPockets since 2015, first as their Community Manager (which is how I met the inimitable Alex Felice) and then as the host of their Money Channel. I gave my notice in Mid-March for a 2-month timeline to get my podcast co-host through his paternity leave, and it was just announced to the company, so I can start to share publicly. (Except Alex already knows because he's Alex.) I am so excited for the next phase of my life!

In Maui I hosted this early morning thing where I collected a few people together at 7am and we all said something we are grateful for, and something we want to accomplish this week I called it Mandatory Monday - it was 100% voluntary So, what are you grateful for and what is something you want to accomplish this week?
