SEO: Search Engine Optimization Have you ever wondered how search engines like Google, YouTube, or TikTok categorize content? The algorithms want to work WITH YOU, but can only do so if you’re serving them the correct “metadata.” When you say “just Google it,” why do some business owners end up on page 1 of the search results while others are buried on subsequent pages? 🤔 You are a creator, so it’s time to start thinking like one (not just a consumer!) Learning SEO is a high $$$ skill for a reason 💰 SO MANY business owners have no idea and will pay A LOT of money to individuals who master this digital marketing skill. Once you know WHO your dream client is, you can identify what they would be searching for (keywords). Using these keywords and phrases in your websites, funnels, and content helps the algorithm categorize you… thus putting your products/services in front of the right audiences. We need to work SMARTER, and WITH the tools we’ve been given, not against them 😜 You should have a list of 3-5 keywords/phrases to start. I did it sistas.... I changed my domain. I really didn't want to, but the other girl is using it for her email, website, YouTube, and Facebook.... I want to thank you all for your patience and understanding through this transitionary period in my life. SO much has happened - let me try to fill you in 💖 Many of you know: I came to the digital space to learn how others were making an income online so that I could stay home with my son. I am a flight attendant full time and love my job, and spent 13 years working my way up, only to be smacked in the face with motherhood and wanting to be a present mama. My job offered a 1 year extended maternity leave, which I wanted to take.... only if I could figure out how to replace my salary 😔 So I began waterhosing information - staying up until 3 am to figure out digital marketing, funnels, content creation, affiliate marketing, social media management, AI - a lot of which I've tried to include the basics of in the free courses of this community. I felt trapped, devastated, worried about putting all of my eggs into one basket. But through learning SO MUCH this past year, I transitioned from marketing other peoples' products into creating my own foundational layer business program for Christian entrepreneurs who want to build an online business AND Honor God doing so. We just completed the 6 week Beta and I'm putting the finishing touches on it - and it's been such an incredible experience 🙌 So when my job emailed me asking me if I want to re-certify now that I've been off a year... this time, I felt free. I had a choice. I haven't missed a single moment with my son. My husband can drop down to three days of work because of my business (so we don't have to put him in daycare). SO MUCH HAS CHANGED. ALL BECAUSE: "He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose." - Romans 8:28 God has been working this entire time. With the settlement of our new contract, my company offered for me to come back at full seniority, pay reinstated, flight benefits to anywhere in the world, full healthcare coverage, and flexibility to work as much or as little as I want (no minimums)... and I couldn't pass that up.
