imo that's really the job on skool every group is an opportunity to get the blessing of the owner/admin and collab / cocreate together it takes a lot of energy to just drive the outreach machine daily; takes energy just to want to show up and comment intentionally my daily process is i go to the bottom of all my groups and just go thru all the new posts if the group is relevant or interesting i make a post to try to get a discussion going new members come from interesting threads usually or from a more 'viral' post in someone else's group any interesting groups you've found lately? do you scrub groups (every post) or just kinda feel it out?

Make better content. Get pinned. It's not that hard. Just record the shit. Type the posts. Give your best effort. This does not have to take more than an hour a day. REALLY. Do your outreach. 100 ppl a day is part time/bare minimum. 200 is full time. 300 is overtime. I'm looking for ppl who want to COMMIT to launching a 30-60 day cycle with me. A 60 day SPRINT. We are gonna give this everything we have for 60 days and I'm going to help you make money. In just my first month I already had about 3-5 ppl interested in hiring me. LITERALLY from my own community. No cold dms. No cold outreach. Just vibes and ppl liking me energy. That's pretty phenomenal starting from 0 ppl. My NEXT month it should double. Another 60-100 ppl. Well february is a short month but idc I still want 100 ppl a month then 150 then 200.

omg i was nervous i was in trouble or something he basically runs skool with sam he asked me about comments i made about skoolers moderation there was a time i got slapped in january and was a little annoyed but i got over it bc honestly i was trying to get business and for ppl to dm me about organic growth but since then i don't think i said anything except comment in this goosify thread where ppl were like super pissed their skoolers posts kept getting deleted i actually tried to explain don't you think it's super annoying for mods and admins in there? cuz everyone is clout chasing they just act like they aren't or sharing 'inspiration' lol anyway he seemed to be thankful? that i was sharing logical sense maybe he's messaging everyone who commented on that thread be careful what you say guys lol everything comes back around. they are tight with the goosify squad. yea it's frustrating cuz u thought u were just being 'inspirational' but they know what ur trying to do... they look at all your posts and comments it's not that hard to do so i love skool this is my favorite platform and i wanna make sure all the top guys know that!

when ur dming ppl in your group for the first time it's better to be casual and not pushy ppl do not like pushy sales tactics they like to be invited into the conversation and feel like their input matters maybe they just wanna chat with other ppl here who have similar issues or just bounce ideas off each other (for free) so give them a free and low pressure option to just find mutual support in your group [Hey (name) this is just a mass dm to ask for your advice...feel free to disregard i won't send these very often but wondering if you have any suggestions; for a group kind of activity or topic; 1: confidence with offer 2: confidence with pitch/outreach 3: confidence with content or 4: other suggestion? Are any of these topics relevant for you/your group right now and which ones should I talk about?] if enough ppl wanna talk about the same thing i'll try to figure out a group text or post where we can do that or have a space for it if you send a mass dm you should try to trickle it maybe 10 at a time cuz skool will flag you for dming too often even if it's your own group; i've seen them do that to many ppl; they have a soft limit on copy paste dms even if it's ur own group :)
