🚨 AVA COLLECTIVE | SEPTEMBER IS A NEW LEVEL 🚨
There’s a lot happening inside the AVA Collective, so let’s get clear on what’s coming next 👀🔥 1. WE SAY GOODBYE TO AVA 1.0 👋 AVA 1.0 has served its purpose. Now we fully embrace AVA 2.0. If you haven’t upgraded yet, you’ve had a full month to make that decision. From 1 September, if you want to rejoin, you’ll need to purchase AVA 2.0 at the new price. This next level requires something from YOU too. Accountability. Action. Consistency. AVA can catch the thought. AVA can challenge the pattern. AVA can help you see what you might not be seeing. But you still have to take the action. 👊💥🚀 2. THE 7 DAY PATTERN INTERRUPT CONTINUES 🔥 We are NOT stopping the 7 Day Pattern Interrupt. This is ongoing. If you know someone who could benefit from it, invite them in. For 7 days, they get to experience what it feels like to have access to this kind of reflection, challenge and support. And WE get to serve, encourage and walk alongside them as a community. But there’s something NEW coming too... 👀 THE DAILY CATCH This one is specifically for AVA users who have already completed their 7 Days and want to keep going. Each day, I’ll drop a Daily Catch inside the Collective. Something to catch. Something to question. Something that might make you look at yourself, your thinking or your situation from a completely different angle. Then? Take that catch to AVA. Because the goal isn't to complete 7 Days and say, "Cool, done." The goal is to keep your momentum. So keep your 👀 OPEN. You never know what you might catch. 👏💥🚀 3. AND THEN... THERE'S WHAT'S BREWING 👀🔥 There are things happening behind the scenes that I haven't shared yet. And those who might know what 🤐 I'm working on something that has added a completely NEW and FRESH layer to what we do inside the AVA Collective. And I've partnered with someone who has personally opened my eyes to an aspect of identity that I honestly didn't expect to have such an impact on me. That’s all I’m saying for now. 😉 It may take a little while to bring it all together properly. But trust me on this... You are going to want AVA 2.0 by the time it arrives. Because this isn't just about changing what you do. It's about understanding WHO is doing it. And THAT changes everything. 👊💥🚀

Day 7. The day you stop being chosen for, and start choosing.
For six days the pattern chose for you. It decided who you'd be, what you'd risk, how small you'd stay — and it did it in the dark, before you ever got a say. Today you take the pen back. That's the difference between Day 5 and today. Day 5 was meeting the version of you that was already in there. Day 7 is choosing that version — out loud, on purpose, as a decision and not a wish. Nobody becomes anyone by accident. You become who you decide to be, over and over, especially on the days it's hard. Three questions, and each is a line you draw on purpose. Who do you choose to be now? Not "becoming," not "trying to be" — choose. Present tense, decided. Watch your own verbs: if you catch yourself writing "I'm starting to..." or "I hope to...", stop and change it to "I am" and "I choose." The tense is the whole point. You're not auditioning anymore. You've got the part. What pattern are you leaving behind? Name it, specifically. The exact old move — the proving, the hiding, the waiting until you feel ready, the staying small dressed up as humility. You can't set down what you won't name, so say it plainly: this is what I'm done carrying. And what result are you committed to creating? Not hoping for. Committed to. A hope is something you'd like to happen to you; a commitment is something you've decided to cause. Make it specific enough that you'd know whether you did it. One thing before you close, and it's the most important thing I'll say all week:👉 this is not the finish line. The pattern you just named won't vanish because you graduated. It'll go quiet for a while, and then one ordinary day it'll knock again — right before something visible, something that matters. When it does, that is not failure, and it is not you back at the start. It's the exact moment all seven days were for. You feel the old pull, and you choose differently anyway. That's not the work breaking. That is the work. So here's how you lock it in. When you finish Day 7, and you've done this process with AVA, she gives you your seventh line, then hands you all seven lines from the week in order. Save them. Screenshot them, write them down, keep them where you'll find them — because those seven lines are the raw material for the final piece: your Identity Anthem.

Day 7 That’s the line: you’re done handing over the decisions that determine the direction of your life.
Day 6: The day the math gets honest
Yesterday you met the version of you who already has it. Today we count what it's costing to keep them waiting. For five days we've worked mostly with fear and hope. Day 6 works with something sharper: consequence. Because knowing who you could be isn't enough to move you — plenty of people go their whole lives knowing exactly who they could have been. What actually moves you is when staying the same starts to hurt more than the risk of changing. That's what today is for. Not motivation. Leverage. Three questions, and each one is meant to land somewhere uncomfortable. First: if nothing changes, where are you in five years? Don't give me "I don't want to still be here." That's a flinch, not an answer. Go there. Actually stand in it — same debt, same Sunday-night dread, same thing still not done, five years older, still telling yourself the same story about why. Make it vivid enough to be unbearable. A blurry future changes no one. A future you can feel changes everything. Second: what has staying the same already cost you? Not what it might cost — what it's already taken. The years. The opportunities that came and went. The version of you that's still standing in the waiting room. And the third one is the one you'll want to skip, so don't. Who else is paying for it? This is where it stops being about you. The people who love you are carrying the weight of your staying small too — the ones watching you not do the thing, the ones who'd be reached if you showed up, the ones quietly learning from you that dreams are just things we talk about. Let yourself feel that one. It's the truest fuel there is. 📍One warning, because Day 6 has a trap. The cost is meant to move you forward, not bury you. If you feel yourself sliding into "I've wasted so much, I've failed everyone" — stop. That's not the assignment. You can't get the years back. You can own every single one that's left. The cost isn't a verdict on who you've been. It's the price tag on staying the same one more year — and you're the one who decides whether you keep paying it.

I think we've reached the real thing: your comfort zone isn't protecting your future anymore. It's delaying it.

Day 4: The Hidden Pay-OFF
For three days you've found the belief, the hiding place, the voice. Today the camera turns around. Because you're not just stuck. You're getting something out of being stuck. There's a payoff. Nothing survives this long in you without paying rent. That's today. Not "what's wrong with me," but what am I quietly getting from staying exactly here? Here's where most people go wrong: they give the acceptable answer. "I'm being responsible." "I'm just being realistic." Noble words. Also a costume. The real payoff is never noble. It's the slightly embarrassing one: as long as I don't fully try, I never find out I'm not enough. As long as I say I'll get to it, I get the credit for intending without the risk of doing. That's the one I want. The uncomfortable truth, not the acceptable one. So watch for the moment you reach for the noble word, and ask what it's protecting you from. And when AVA asks what this is costing you, answer honestly. Not the tidy cost. The real one. Then post your Day 4 line here. One sentence, start it with "Day 4." Name what staying stuck has been quietly paying you. A payoff only runs while it's in the dark. Said out loud where we can see it, it can't quietly reset tomorrow. Whatever you're not changing, you are choosing. Today you find out what you've been choosing it for.

DAY 4 LINE: I choose visibility over the comfort of staying stuck. DAY 4 LINE: I choose visibility over the comfort of staying stuck. This matters because my comfort zone isn’t actually keeping me safe anymore — it’s quietly charging me in missing out on opportunities.
