Back from the OC Retreat โ here's what stuck ๐ฅ
Just got home from the retreat in San Antonio and I had to share this while it's fresh ๐ฅ I sat down with people this week who are doing Morby method deals on small multifamily, creative finance on commercial properties, and structuring deals in ways I hadn't seen before โ and every single one of those conversations started because someone showed up and said hello. That's it. That's the whole secret. ๐ The people closing the most deals aren't the ones with the best spreadsheets. They're the ones building the most relationships. They're at the meetups. They're in the WhatsApp groups. They're connecting with creative buyers, wholesalers, and operators who need capital partners โ and when a deal comes together, they're the first call.
