How much do you meditate a day?
Returned from a 3 Day Vipassana Retreat serving as a Course Manager for 33 teens last weekend. Witnessing these teens meditating and understanding 2000 year old wisdom in a couple days (that often takes decades for adults!) gives me hope for the future of humanity and our earth. Nothing refreshes the mind, heart, and soul as sitting 5 hours of meditation on a Saturday that I had quite the focused, productive, and happy week returning home. Must. Sit. More. The impact of 1 hour vs 2 hours of meditation a day is noticeable in higher focus, calm mind, and peaceful heart. No fights with my 14 year old son on screen time. He was chill as a cucumber because my presence was so. Many of my clients focus on the inner work, then the outer results appear. What about you? 👇 Comment : Curious, how much do you meditate a day? If you don't , why note? What has been the impact of meditating?

9000 Year Old Wisdom
Travel to Sedona with me and discover the wisdom of the Chun Bu Kyung, a 9000 year old text that I use for bowing each morning...along with Korean mythology of Dangun, the Founder of modern day Korea. Comment below: Have you tried bowing? If so, what was your experience? If you haven't tried bowing yet, comment below what your current morning ritual includes.

Love the 4:44. I took ayahuasca 2 years ago with my wife in costa rica and during the ceremonies felt a strong urge to bow to the shrine in the middle. I enjoy bowing, I gave respect and surrender to a power greater than myself.

@Anna Choi I'm nowhere near my potential and that power is weak when coming from the ego. Aya showed me her exponential power and I was humbled and reminded to draw from the proper source. She showed me visions of great rulers throughout history and the requirement of sacrifice of self on the path to reaching that level of impact.

I like 3. I'd consider removing "It boils down to habits" as that gives the answer away quickly.
