Hello from India🇮🇳
Hey all!! I’m Awantika. 🥳 I am a Technical Community Manager and Strategist. I help tech companies build and grow developer communities around their products, turning users into loyal fans, active contributors, and passionate advocates. I’m obsessed with understanding what makes developer communities thrive: what brings people together, what keeps them coming back, and what turns a group of users into a community that genuinely cares. Over the past 6+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of developer relations, community building, and growth. I’ve helped scale communities, build engagement programs, and bring developers together around the tools and technologies they care about. My work spans the entire community journey, from understanding why someone joins in the first place to figuring out what makes them stay, contribute, and eventually become a champion , linking each and everything to business goals. Outside of community strategy, I’m a big believer in the power of human connection, shared learning, and bringing people together around things they care about. ☕ I’m always happy to meet fellow community builders, exchange ideas, and explore how companies can build communities that actually move the needle. If you’re building a developer community, figuring out your community strategy, or wondering how to connect community efforts to business goals, let’s talk! Thanks @Nina Simone Franke for inviting me to the wonderful community, can't wait to be a part of it!

Welcome Dear 💜
Hello from Poland!
Honored to be a part of this inspiring group of International Businesswomen! My name is Nela and I am a founder of Masuria Eco Construction Ltd, www.masuria.build . My journey begun 4 years ago, however my company registration happened in May, this year. I am also an Ambassador of FFB in Warsaw, where I already held 2 meetings. And I must admit: I was surprised how many women joined us, and how quickly we became all bounded by the spirit of doer. As my field is in bio-based solutions & sustainable business, I am happy to share contacts and insights from my network. In life, I also still work part time at foundation, and Supermom to 6-years old boy. give me a shout if you want to chat!

Your Biz Book Bestie is Here!
Hello, there, darlings! I'm Christina, and I'm brand new here. I'm an author coach/editor/speaker/podcaster/influencer, and for 20 years now, I've helped female creators and entrepreneurs write and successfully launch their biz books (memoir, how-to, self-help, niche, etc.) without paid ads and without navigating the cuthroat, brutal book publishing industry, only to let them take 85% of your book's hard-earned money! I live in The Bluegrass State. I'm a (proudly) single empty nester with two kickass adult daughters. I'm super crafty (just ask the thousands of customers in my Etsy shop!). And I know all the words to several Eminem songs as well as Broadway musicals. I'm eclectic like that. Happy to connect with you. Again, I'm new, and I don't think I can private message myself unless someone initiates, but I'm still learning. You can also learn a bit more about me and what I do here: https://christinakaye.com
