Pick a business. Yours if you've got one. Any business you know if you're learning. Trace what actually happens when someone enquires. Follow it the whole way: Someone fills in the form, or sends the DM, or calls. Then what? Who sees it? How long before anyone replies? What happens if that person's busy, on a job, or asleep? Where does it get written down? Who's chasing it next Tuesday? Somewhere in that chain it stops. Every business has a spot where things quietly go cold. Post where yours stops. One line is fine. I'll go first: Mine stopped between the call and the proposal. Great conversation, everyone keen, then I'd take two or three days to send the doc. By then the energy was gone and half of them went quiet. Now we have it fully automated from the 1st conversation to closing deals. Running a business? Trace your own. The honest version, not the version you'd tell a client. Learning and no business yet? Pick anywhere you've been a customer. A gym, a garage, a barber, a takeaway you enquired at. You've almost certainly been the lead that went cold. Where did it break? That gap is the whole job. Everything in the classroom exists to close it. Module 1 is what it looks like when it's fixed properly.
