Seelenöl #17 Acceptance

Guten Morgen,

Heute morgen haben die Zellen mir nur wundervolles zu berichten, zurück zu spielen, durch die Gefühle mit denen wir, ich der unendliche ewige Geist & die Zelle, kommunizieren.

Nach einigen Tagen in denen ich ein undefiniertes Gefühl von Trauer und Kummer hatte und es einfach dieses Mal akzeptiert habe und nicht versucht habe es ‚weg zu machen‘, mich abzulenken, „wichtige Dinge“ zu machen 😄, habe ich gemerkt wie die Zelle sich entspannt hat. Eine andere Entspannung als bisher, bzw. ein Punkt von Entspannung, den ich so nicht kannte.

Was meine Zelle gut kannte ist: Drama, Stress, Streit, Unsicherheit, andere beschwichtigen,… und in solchen undefinierbaren Gefühlsituationen war das auch oft das GO TO der Zelle: ein Drama finden, eine stressige Situation - etwas das sie kennt und in das sie sich hinein ent-spannen kann, NUR weil sie ihn kennt.

Entspannung bedeutet wörtlich:

das Loslassen von Spannung,

das Zurückkehren in einen nicht gespannten, freien Zustand

Ich hatte also angenommen, das ist schon prima. Denn der Druck lies ja auch nach - nur war die Zelle nicht über den ursprünglichen Punkt sozusagen hinaus gewachsen. Sie hat sich zurück gezogen in ihre bisher bekannte ‚Grösse‘, sich in Sicherheit gebracht.

All das hat mir die Zelle heute ganz tiefen entspannt mitgeteilt und das aus einer neuen Freiheit, Freude, Stolz und ent-Spannung heraus - mit einem Wort das Gefühl von glücklich sein ♥️

Ich weiß es gibt kein Limit dafür, ich habe das schon oft erfahren, dieses Mal ist es ‚neu‘. Da schwingt diese Freiheit mit, die ich immer quasi gesucht habe, und sie ist mir entglitten 😄 ich hoffe sehr das ist verständlich. Für mich und meine Zelle ist es das und wir gehen jetzt hüpfen 😄, eine Schaukel ist grad nicht da 🤷🏼‍♀️

Soul Oil #17 – Acceptance

Good morning,

This morning, my cells have only wonderful things to share with me — reflecting back through the language of feelings, the way we, I as the infinite eternal Spirit, and the cell, communicate.

After a few days of feeling an undefined sense of sadness and sorrow — and this time simply accepting it, not trying to “fix” it, distract myself, or do “important things” 😄 — I noticed how the cell began to relax. A different kind of relaxation than before — or rather, a level of relaxation I hadn’t known until now.

What my cell was very familiar with was: drama, stress, conflict, insecurity, appeasing others… and in such undefined emotional states, that was often its go-to: to find some kind of drama, a stressful situation — something it knows and can relax into, only because it’s familiar.

Relaxation literally means:

the release of tension,

the return to an unstrained, free state.

So I had assumed that was already good — and it was, because the pressure did ease.

But the cell hadn’t actually grown beyond that original point.

It had simply withdrawn back into its previously known “size,” bringing itself to safety.

All of this, my cell shared with me this morning in a state of deep relaxation — coming from a new place of freedom, joy, pride, and true release — and with one word:

the feeling of being happy. ♥️

I know there’s no limit to this. I’ve experienced it many times before —

but this time, it feels new.

There’s a frequency of freedom in it that I’ve always been searching for, in a way — and that kept slipping through my fingers 😄

I hope that makes sense.

For me and my cell, it does — and we’re off to go bounce around now 😄

There’s no swing nearby at the moment 🤷🏼‍♀️
