Thank you.
A lot of you joined this week. You didn't have to bet on this — I don't take that lightly.
So don't scroll. Don't "come back to it later."
Classroom → How to Build Your Agent.
The course walks you through all of it, including getting Claude Code installed. About 45 minutes from now you'll have an agent sitting on your machine that reads your inbox and hands you back potential deals you forgot about, email that should be deleted and emails that may be worth reading.
You don't need to be technical. Mac or Windows. If you can text, you can do this.
Once Claude Code is installed, here's the whole rest of it:
1. Download the 80/20 Starter — it's attached in the course. Unzip it, drag the folder to your Desktop.
2. Now tell your terminal where that folder is.
Your terminal is always sitting inside one folder, and Claude can only see what's in there. So you have to walk it into the 80/20 Starter folder.
Type cd — that means "change directory" — then a space. Then drag the folder from your Desktop straight into the terminal window. It fills in the location for you. Hit enter.
You're now standing in the right folder. That's all that step was.
3. Type claude, then type /80-20.
That's it. From there it teaches you one step at a time and waits for you to actually do it. Stop whenever you want. Type /80-20 again next week and it picks up right where you left off.
If /80-20 does nothing, you're in the wrong folder. cd into the 80/20 Starter folder and run claude again.
One agent. One task. The thing you hate most. It drafts, you approve — you stay in control the whole way.
Build it this week. Then post in here what it found, and how old the oldest one was.
I want to see the number. The number is the whole argument.
