15 Minute HIIT Workouts, no equipment needed!
Now available, check out this 6 series HIIT workout from my head trainer Alex that we did for our clients during covid! This is more geared towards beginners but if you put maximum effort, you can still get a good core & cardio workout in 15 minutes! Great for when you miss the gym, or don't have a lot of time!
