Meal Prep
Completely agree with many of your posts regarding fad diets, planning and sleep! One thing I’ve found that helps me is meal prepping. Appropriate portions and nutrients (protein, fats, carbs) are so important!
I prepped my salads for the week which saves me thinking about it last minute and that type of forethought keeps me on track ☑️
