I’m taking my kids to Schlitterbahn (a world famous and local waterpark) today, and it got me thinking about the Nearby Connections Alerts feature in 6DegreesApp. 🤔
Part of me is thinking:
🔔 Someone in your network is nearby.
🔔 Someone else in your network is nearby.
🔔 Another person is nearby…
At a place that attracts visitors from all over the world, my phone might be buzzing all day. 😂
But then again…
What if one of those alerts led to an amazing connection?
Someone from Australia visiting Texas.
Someone who’s connected to a friend of yours. Someone you’ve been meaning to meet.
Someone who knows someone you know.
So here’s the question:
When you’re somewhere packed with people from all over the world, would you leave your Nearby Connections Alerts ON and see who’s around…
Or would you turn them OFF and enjoy the peace and quiet? 😆
