Day 71 of rebuilding my YouTube automation journey.
The micro-niche worked.
It helped the channel gain traction, train the algorithm, and attract a highly targeted audience.
That phase was intentional — focus first, then expand.
Now it’s time for the next step.
As the current audience size is limited, growth requires broader titles and smarter angles that naturally bridge into adjacent audiences — without losing relevance or retention.
This isn’t about changing the niche.
It’s about expanding the conversation.
The strategy going forward:
Keep the core topic intact
Test broader, curiosity-driven titles
Pull in related audiences the algorithm already understands
Scale reach without breaking recommendation flow
This is how small channels turn into scalable systems.
Progress continues.
