I guess she s saying we all can do it n why do people astral travel if merkaba activation also allows one to travel around ? Not that I can do either presently but was curious if astral travel is totally safe , I don’t get why a person would leave there body if merkaba allows u to stay in your body if I’m comprehending merkaba correctly .
