Unconscious 3D tendencies, need some light shed on it.
I'd love some insight into this issue that I've struggled with off and on during my life. I'm kind of fed up with it really, lol. I notice that when I’m stressed or feeling low, I automatically reach for things—like certain foods, scrolling endlessly on my phone, or even habits I know aren’t good for me. It feels so deep but unconscious as well, like I just go into some kind of trance or get lost in a fog of sorts losing time as well. It’s like I can’t control the tendency to escape, even though part of me knows it doesn’t really serve me or my highest path. I get frustrated at myself when I finally 'snap' out of it. What is going on with these crazy tendencies and the checking out of time? Why has this pattern had such a strong hold on me over the years? Is it just a 3D reality thing or can I move beyond it in 5D? I can't seem to let it go. thanks for your insights, I always appreciate your guidance. 🙏💙🙏
