Day 1 - 3: Reframe and Reset
In these first 3 days, you’ll flip your biggest struggle into your training ground.
• Write down the one struggle you’re facing.
• Reframe it into the lesson or strength it can teach you.
• End each day with the reset phrase:
“This struggle is not a stop sign — it’s my training ground.”
This simple shift gives you a foundation of strength and momentum to carry through the rest of the Reset.
