I am still confused on this question,

I had clients when a creative director, founder hired me

When it comes to linkedin there are basically a lot of positions who hire people

For example"-

Should we look for recruiters, marketing mangers, creative/art directors,

like for big companies there seior, junior, head marketing mangers and additionally they also have these people for different locations
