It’s my "day off," but I still clocked 90 minutes.
It’s my day off. No lifting, no grinding, just headspace. But I’m currently 45 minutes into a 90-minute walk and I’m not stopping until I hit the mark.
I never miss this. Not because I’m a superhero, but because walking makes my day. I also learned that if I start negotiating with myself on the "easy" stuff, I’ll fold on the hard stuff too. 90 minutes of moving my legs keeps the engine running and the mind sharp for the week ahead.
Don't let the "day off" turn into a "zero day." What’s one small win you’re bagging today? Drop it below.
