UPDATE
Unfortunately, this group will be discontinued... Wanted to be upfront with yall, and as I have been praying through what I want to do this year and thinking about this group, I realized that my passion is not for the 4 by 3 challenge but for the young Christian men who are lost, stuck and in need of discipline and purpose. Because I cannot do this group and another young men's group, I have to end this one. I apologize. Thank you so much for being willing to join this group, i wish you the best of luck in the new year, and if that is you in the above paragraph, be on the lookout on my instagram for when I drop my next community. Thanks! Max
Kickstart your Habits
If you have not started building any new healthy habits this year, I am gonna help you out with the spiritual side of things. I want to give you some ideas spiritually, as well as some thoughts in the other categories to get you started. Please try to pick at-least one habit to build in each pillar. You have plenty of time until the first fifty day period ends on February fourth, so get started today. Spiritual - Ten Minutes of Quiet time with the Lord. Prayer and Bible Reading. (this is the number one non-negotiable that will transform your life this year) Having a daily verse. (this will help to focus your mind on eternal things) Morning gratitude (Listing things that you are grateful for in the morning will help set your mind on positive things) Specific Praying (praying for something that specifically troubles you over a long period of time is a great way to experience the faithfulness of God and remove anxiety). Physical- I want you to choose this. Whether this is a new diet, committing to daily exercise, waking up at a consistent time, or drinking enough water, commit to at-least one physical habit and stick with it until February 20th Professional- Whether this is a time limit that you have to work on your dreams daily, or simply planning out your day the night before, or creating content. Pick a habit that is going to move you toward your dreams professionally. Personal- This can be anything. s a miscellaneous category. Maybe this is a meditation practice, or a habit of reading daily, or a practice of gratitude in the morning, pick something that you think will add to the joy of your life. Pick at-least one goal for each category and list them below so we can hold each other accountable! The first fifty day period ends on february 20th so you have plenty of time to pick some solid habits and start making some progress!
Biggest Goal of 2025?
What’s up everyone. I’m super excited to improve with y’all in 2025. Currently working through the best ways to support y’all as we work towards improvement together. The goal of this community is to support your self and spiritual improvement journey. Let’s start here. If you had to pick one thing that you would like to accomplish in 2025. What would it be and why?

Update
Really hope everyone enjoys New Year’s Eve. What I’m planning to do is to modify the challenge a little bit, because 12 goals may be a lot for some people. I will come up with some non-negotiable habits that we should be doing weekly as Christians so you guys have some direction going into the new year. Be thinking of atleast one habit goal for each category: Spiritual, Physical, Professional, Personal. That you would really like to accomplish. That way you guys can have a good foundation of spiritual habits, along with some of the other goals that you decide are most important to you. Let’s have an awesome 2025
