✨ Wellness Wednesday: Sleep Reset ✨

I’ll be honest… this is one I still work on.And if you’re anything like me, it’s easy to push sleep aside—one more show, one more scroll, one more thing to get done.
But here’s the truth… most of us are walking around a little more tired than we should be.
🧠 The science:While you sleep, your brain actually cleans itself. Through something called the glymphatic system, your brain flushes out toxins, strengthens memory, and resets your mood.
Even one solid night of sleep can:
• Improve focus and decision-making
• Boost your mood (hello serotonin ☀️)
• Support your immune system
• Help regulate hunger and energy
🌙 Today’s Simple Reset Challenge:Let’s not overthink it—just one small shift tonight:
✔️ Dim the lights 30 minutes before bed
✔️ Put your phone down (or at least off your chest 😄)
✔️ Take 3 slow, deep breaths and say:👉 “I allow myself to rest. My body knows how to restore.”
