“Sometimes you have to step away to realize what was quietly holding you together.”
-Four Cubed
I've taken a little break.
And you know what?
The break was nice.
I think I needed it.
But something else happened while I was away from my normal routine...
I started noticing what I wasn't doing.
I wasn't taking those few minutes to get quiet.
I wasn't journaling as much.
I wasn't creating just for the sake of creating.
I wasn't intentionally redirecting my thoughts toward where I wanted them to go.
And I could feel the difference.
Maybe that's one of the biggest things Four Cubed has taught me.
Sometimes we don't recognize the power of a practice while we're doing it every day.
We recognize it when we stop.
Those little 11-minute practices weren't magically making life perfect.
They were helping me notice my life differently.
And I've missed that.
So I'm back.
Not because I need to make up for the days I missed.
Not because I need another streak.
Because I actually want this in my life.
Eleven minutes at a time.
🌸 Today's Focus:
I AM returning to what helps me feel like me.
And I'm curious...
Have you ever taken a break from something and realized how much it was actually doing for you?
👇 Tell me. Maybe it's exercise, meditation, a morning routine, time outside—or something completely different.
