How do you organize all your tasks/projects? 📚

Hey everyone and , I'm curious how you handle the organization of all your tasks and projects, as well as your daily list of action items.

Here is my challenge:

Once I get moving with work, all the things I do seem to creep out over multiple platforms. Froom our PM Basecamp, to Akiflow, to notes I have on my computer, to a google doc. It just becomes unwieldly after a while and then I have to organize everything again.

The solution I believe would basically to stop using the base note pad (which creates endless notes), and have my daily note/list in a google doc that gets cleaned at the end of every day.

Just wanted to see how yall handle it?
