I’ve been using it non-stop for the past week to untangle some serious cash flow mess in my company and wow, it’s been eye-opening. The simple “5 Whys” technique hit me like a mirror — turns out I was the common factor in a lot of the problems. 😅

Apparently, my “unique & super intelligent” way of handling cash was… well, stupid/wrong. Everyone around me had been politely trying to tell me that, but of course, I thought I knew better.

The framework may look simple on the surface, but it goes deep once you start applying it. It’s like therapy for your business finances (I focused on the cash flow constraint).

P.S: I was able to use this framework because I completed and have religiously started practicing the Focus Framework. Had it not been for Focus, I would have never been able to go so deep into Constraint Breaker.
