I'm committing to implement Freedom Frameworks for 5 hours per week.
My biggest distractions were news, email, my phone and random thoughts about other things to be done.
I no longer open news sites, keep all email closed, and put my phone on DND / stash it in a desk drawer during scheduled work time blocks. I note any useful random thought for attention later and continue to focus on the task at hand.
Attached is my focus contract.
Also attached is my focus risk audit. It included some items that I didn't initially think of as affecting my focus.
I've understand the power of focus in the past, however this framework showed me that I developed a habit of become distracted. I was a bit resistant to setting focus rituals at first but then realized that they are designed on purposed make focus a habit.
