Most agents run their week reactively. A call comes in, a showing gets scheduled, a lead goes cold because nobody followed up, and by Friday it feels like you worked nonstop but nothing moved forward. Here's how to let AI build your entire week for you, so you walk in every Monday with a plan instead of a mess. Step 1: Brain Dump Everything Before AI can organize your week, get everything out of your head and into one place. Don't filter it, just list it. Prompt to copy: "Here is everything on my plate this week: [paste your list of tasks, showings, leads to follow up with, listings, content, personal stuff]. Organize this into a clear priority list from most urgent to least urgent." Step 2: Build the Actual Schedule Now turn that priority list into a real week. Prompt to copy: "Using this priority list, build me a Monday to Friday schedule. I work best in the mornings for focused tasks and afternoons for calls and showings. Block time for lead follow up, content creation, admin work, and at least one hour of personal time each day." Step 3: Add Your Follow Up System This is the part most agents skip, and it's the part that actually makes money. Prompt to copy: "I have these leads at different stages: [list them, new leads, warm leads, past clients, referrals]. Build me a follow up schedule for this week showing who I should reach out to each day and what the message should say." Step 4: Review and Adjust Each Morning Your week will shift. That's normal. Instead of starting over, just update AI with what changed. Prompt to copy: "Here's what changed since yesterday: [insert changes]. Adjust today's schedule and tell me what should move to tomorrow." Bonus, the one prompt that does it all If you want your whole week built in one shot, use this. "Act as my real estate business planner.
